 Not at all. 

Every individual works to their limits, and over time you will find that you will become more flexible.

What should I wear/bring?

 Wear comfortable layered clothing.  

Please bring a mat if you have one; you can borrow one initially if you don't. Bring a blanket for relaxation.

Sometimes our bodies just don't go into certain positions, whether because of injury or anatomical limitations.  


Alternatives are offered to allow everyone to take part, depending on the individual's needs.

Undoubtedly. There is time for relaxation at the end of each session. Some people choose to lie under a blanket for extra warmth. It is important to relax your muscles and mind after the active poses to get the most benefit.

Eye Pillows

Some people like to wear an eye pillow during relaxation. This blocks out the light and the weight of the pillow on the eyes can feel comforting. These are usually provided for use at the end of a session.
