Classes are held at Ashtorre Rock, Saltash, Cornwall
This is a beautiful and warm venue,
with outstanding views across the River Tamar,
with natural light filling the space.
On Wednesdays, yoga students can enjoy an after class tea or coffee downstairs in the café.

9.00 - 10.00am
Class that offers Hatha style poses and flowing yoga sequences, offering movement which is accessible to everybody regardless of fitness or experience. Beginners welcome.
